Corrigan's Lookout is located in the far northern part of Wisconsin near the small town of Upson. WI. As the terrain drops towards Lake Superior to the north it gets much steeper and bluffs start to show themselves. This makes for amazing fall color viewing and gorgeous lookouts. Corrigan's Lookout has one of the best views in all of Wisconsin.

One of the best parts of this hike is its relative short distance (0.5 miles round trip) and easy access off Highway 122. The turn off for the parking area is located at the top of a rather steep hill on the highway so please use caution when entering and exiting.

This is a fun hike to do in all seasons as the view changes dramatically with the different temperatures. You will be impressed with the barren snow covered views of Winter and the lush, green leek-filled hike of Spring.  However if you only have one time to visit Corrigan's Lookout, then make sure you visit in the Fall. The colors are numerous and the views are breathtaking.

Some additional hikes you can do nearby include Potato River Falls, Morgan Falls & Wren Falls. Please use the resources on this page for directions and additional information. We hope you enjoy your visit to Corrigan's Lookout!
