The Phelps Ski Trail is a small one mile loop that is adjacent to Afterglow Resort in Phelps, WI. It is often skied as a side loop when visitors stay or ski at the resort. However it is a great stand alone loop for people who don't wish to pay the resort to ski their trails or beginners who are looking for some solitude in a beautiful environment.

The Phelps Ski Trail is located on moderate terrain with only one downhill that beginners will want to keep an eye out for. The rest of the loop takes you through gorgeous maple, birch, and basswood forests.

The trail is established for classic skiing only and it is maintained in partnership with the Phelps Chamber of Commerce. Nature lovers will be drawn to the solitude of this trail ideally located "off the beaten path".
